The Legacy Project began after the Aztec High School shooting. It is a testament to the power of art to inspire positivity and hope. Allowing seniors to paint uplifting messages on ceiling tiles that create a lasting impact on the school atmosphere and serves as a beacon of support for future students.
Student murals, which celebrate each student's unique style and purpose, emphasize the value of every individual. These collaborative projects culminate in a larger image, symbolizing unity and the idea that every student matters. The impact of these murals on the school community's sense of belonging cannot be overstated.
